For items listed by independent sellers in our classified sections (e.g., used cars, electronics, services):
No Direct Mediation: Classify Ads acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, shipping, or returns for these listings.
Seller Policies: Refund and return terms are strictly between the buyer and the seller. We encourage buyers to inspect items thoroughly before completing a transaction.
Dispute Reporting: If you encounter a fraudulent seller or an item that significantly differs from its description, please report the ad immediately to
admin@classifyads.net so we can take appropriate action against the account.

2. Classify Ads Official Shop (Direct Sales)
For items purchased directly from https://classifyads.net/shop/:
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Downloadable software products, certain health and personal care items, and gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, please email us at admin@classifyads.net.

3. Shipping for Returns
Return Address: Webster Trader, No 16/84A Masjid Usman, Church Road, Bijli Mohalla, Sialkot, 51310, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders
You may cancel an e-commerce shop order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
Premium Ads
Payments for “Featured” or “Premium” ad placements on the classifieds site are generally non-refundable once the ad has been pushed live.
