How to Transfer a Domain Name Away from Us

A domain can be transferred only if 60 days have passed from its initial registration or from a transfer to our company.
Steps to Transfer Your Domain
- Unlock Your Domain: Log into your hosting control panel. Navigate to My Domains -> Registered Domains. Click the padlock icon to unlock your domain.
- Get Your EPP Code: In the same section, click on the EPP icon to request your transfer authorization code (also known as the EPP key, authorization key, or domain password).
- Order the Transfer: After obtaining the EPP code, go to the new registrar and order the transfer.
- Approve the Transfer: Check your Administrative contact email for a verification email. Click the provided link to approve the transfer.
Double-Check Your WHOIS Details
You can verify the Administrative contact email address associated with your domain in your control panel by going to My Domains -> Registered Domains -> select your domain -> Edit WHOIS Details.
